The CreateHive world is full of posts, which are 5k blocks apart and are setout into a grid layout. To view a preview of all the posts, please visit BlueMap.
There are a couple of limitations to when and where you can teleport, for starters, you must be on a post structure to be able to teleport to other posts. Also the post must be named, or a player would have had to invite you to their home post for you to be able to teleport to it.
